My three “plus” ingredient cookies are great for breakfast and a nutritious anytime vegan snack. They are made with oatmeal, banana’s and Garden of Life Organic Flax & Fruit. Flax is a great source of fiber and omega 3’s. It’s also low glycemic and helps to balance your sugar levels. Garden of Life’s flax is certified organic and the most concentrated source of beneficial lignin’s, a polyphenol that supports digestion reproductive, prostate, breast and heart health…and it even promotes beautiful hair and skin.
