Even though Friendsgiving is a made up holiday, I’ll take any excuse to hang with my pals over a glass of wine or sangria. They were instrumental in helping me pull together my fall Friendsgiving party ideas. Which is why I was pleased to hear that my good friend Jade had loved my healthy party mix from our mock-party (for this shoot) and has already made herself a batch to nosh on for the week. I love to entertain my guest with sweet, savory and healthy options. This party mix is not only a healthy option, but it is also simple to make with only five tasty ingredients. If you are throwing an autumn Friendsgiving party, you can add this party mix to your charcuterie board or place it in a fun dish with a decorative spoon for serving. I used raw cashews and almonds, but feel free to mix it up with some salted nuts for a sweet and savory option. This whole food recipe is gluten free, dairy free and vegan.

Ingredients:
Equal Parts of
White Chocolate Chips
Cashews (I used raw but lightly salted are yummy too)
Almonds (I used raw but lightly salted are yummy too)
Dried Unsweetened Cranberries
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Recipe:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Pour into a fancy dish with a spoon for serving.

You can make this party mix weeks in advance and store it in an air tight container. Or simply keep some on hand for last minute guests. Serve some up with my Fall Harvest Sangria, which is also simple to make.
